GM Unveils Very Clever Well-Designed Website to Help Sell Used Cars .

DETROIT - August 7, 2008: General Motors has developed a brand new website to help convince car shoppers that while they may find cheaper vehicles through private parties or non-aligned used car dealerships, in the long run these cars or trucks could actually cost more...lot's more than a vehicle purchased at a GM Certified Dealership.

The website is called UsedCarAmbush.com and it features great use of flash video and interactive Internet technology. In fact, the presentation is so good that even if you're not in the market for a new used car or a used GM vehicle, the website is a must-see site. The site and the videos use a live actor, whose on-camera style is a cross between Denis Leary (in his old MTV promos) and Steven Colbert, as their protagonist.
