Mazda unveils new concept in Moscow

hid kits
Continuing Mazda's series of stylish concept cars employing the company's Nagare 'flow' design language is the new Kazamai concept car, which made its first public appearance at the Moscow Motor Show this week.

Kazamai translates as 'swirling crosswinds' in Japanese and the show car takes the form of a sporty compact SUV.

The debut of Mazda's latest concept in Russia is significant, as the country's car sales have exploded in the past four years to challenge Germany for title of Europe's biggest market. Not only that, but the SUV segment accounts for a massive 16% of cars sold.

Although it is thought that the Kazamai hints at a new compact SUV to sit below the current CX-7 in the Mazda line-up, it is obviously still too futuristic to make it into the showroom, with items such as its eye-catching 22-inch alloy wheels unlikely to be the norm for some time to come.

However, the concept does preview Mazda's forthcoming suite of fuel-saving technologies, as well as the use of lightweight materials.

New Chevrolet Cruze to Go Global

Chevy Tahoe Lights
Family car buyers will soon have a stylish new budget-priced option in the shape of the Chevrolet Cruze following its world debut at the Paris Show in October.

Chevrolet will sell the new four-door Cruze globally, though its launch at a European motorshow illustrates how important this market is to General Motors.

Although the Cruze features bold design characteristic of the American brand, it is expected to slot below its Vauxhall Astra cousin in terms of price and market positioning.

The initial engine line-up is modest, with two petrol units on offer and just one turbodiesel. A 1.6-litre entry-level model puts out 110bhp, with 138bhp from a 1.8-litre unit, while diesel buyers can opt for the familiar 148bhp 2.0-litre common rail turbodiesel found elsewhere in the Chevrolet range.

UK sales of the Cruze are expected to start in the first quarter of 2009 with further models added at a latter stage, possibly including an estate.

GM Unveils Very Clever Well-Designed Website to Help Sell Used Cars .

Cars Lights

DETROIT - August 7, 2008: General Motors has developed a brand new website to help convince car shoppers that while they may find cheaper vehicles through private parties or non-aligned used car dealerships, in the long run these cars or trucks could actually cost more...lot's more than a vehicle purchased at a GM Certified Dealership.

The website is called UsedCarAmbush.com and it features great use of flash video and interactive Internet technology. In fact, the presentation is so good that even if you're not in the market for a new used car or a used GM vehicle, the website is a must-see site. The site and the videos use a live actor, whose on-camera style is a cross between Denis Leary (in his old MTV promos) and Steven Colbert, as their protagonist.

Chevrolet advert promotes penny pinching

Chevy Tahoe

Chevrolet gave new meaning to the phrase "see a penny, pick it up" this week when it unveiled an unusual new billboard advert in New Oxford Street in London.

The 20-foot ad hoarding was made using 20,000 real pennies to accompany the strap line that boasted the 769,500-pence starting price of the Aveo hatchback.

However, it took passers-by just 30-minutes to deconstruct the advert, as they helped themselves to the money.

Chevrolet's Les Turton commented: "We're glad we've topped up lots of people's wallets, purses and, in some cases, rucksacks, but it would have been nice for the billboard to last a little longer than 30 minutes." dash kits

2007 Chevrolet Tahoe Review Visibility.

Cadillac News

Something this big had better be comfortable, and the Tahoe doesnt disapmoment. Both front seats proposal 12-way clout adjustments, and with the adjustable joystick its painless to find a good situation. visibly, theres stacks of head, shoulder, knee and leg area for the handler and front passenger. The central drawback is the steering element adjustments: The lean is GMs anachronistic old-instruct shape, which hair into only a handful of situations. If you dont like them, youre out of accident.

The Tahoe should proposal a present lean apparatus, and the necessary of a telescope element is ridiculous. Otherwise, theres stacks of place for Big Mac butts to increase out and get secure, even with tall hats on. alalthough its size, trice row chairs in the Tahoe is tricky. start area is imperfect, and so is knee area, exacerbated by the low chairs situation. You do get your own set of air conditioning opcompels, although. Third row comfort isnt any better; youre virtually meeting on a baffle-mounted padded bolster, knees in the air, but theres good head and shoulder area.

Our suffering vehicle had two captains chairs in the trice row, which made receiving in back a yell, even lacking with the clout folding element on the spotlight row seats. minute and third row passengers do profit from the DVD player, which will hopefully distract them from their otherwise uncomfortable digs. twist doesnt go inaudibly around big, accord clothes, and you examine it in the big, accord Tahoe, but not as much as you might assume. The outboundary mirrors and windshield legend are the prime culprits, but in all fairness the Tahoe is muted conboundaryring its brick-like aerodynamics. The engine only makes itself known when youre station on the stifle, where it makes good V8 grumbles.

Theres also a good quantity of path grumble from the 20-crawl tires, but surprisingly little tread smack on small bumps. The interior is gratefully unbound of rattles and squeaks, even over forcible paths. The clout liftgate is really caring when freighting freight in the Tahoe. Just periodection your cheek, as its a big section of metal and it has a big sweep when it opens. For teenager and lighter clothes, the rear flute opens independently. The freight baffle is high, and with the third row up, theres surprisingly little freight place; buy a uptown if you necessary three rows and freight area. The rear row folds up and away, but if you want a emphatic freight baffle you have to eliminate them, anachronistic in nowadayss fold-into-the-baffle world. Nice dash kit store
